These kiln-dried silver birch logs come in a 50 litre hessian sack, ready for a wood burner, chiminea or permitted outdoor fire. They suit van travellers with a stove at home base or a pitch where fires are allowed.

Dry hardwood for a permitted fire

The logs are silver birch hardwood, kiln-dried and packed in a hessian sack. Because they are a natural product, sizes and shapes vary from log to log. Use them in suitable wood-burning appliances and only where outdoor fires are permitted.

The packed shipping weight is about 22.5 kg, so plan where the sack will sit before you load it. Keep it low, dry and secured in a garage or rear locker. Light it with our natural wood wool firelighters, and follow your appliance instructions and local fire rules.
