These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vanlifeemporium.com and any purchase you make through our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility
To place an order with us, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of the United Kingdom or another country to which we ship
- Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information
3. Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Where applicable, prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, dimensions, and appearances may vary slightly from those shown, as products are sourced from third-party suppliers. We do not manufacture the products we sell.
We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue any product from sale at any time without notice.
4. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email sent to you after checkout acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute our acceptance of it.
A binding contract between you and Van Life Emporium is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before dispatch, including where:
- A product is out of stock or no longer available from our supplier
- There is an error in the product listing or pricing
- We are unable to verify your payment or delivery details
- An order appears to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms
If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
5. Shipping and delivery
We operate as a dropshipping business. This means your order is fulfilled directly by one of our third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. We do not hold or dispatch stock ourselves.
Estimated delivery times are typically 7 to 21 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the supplier and your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Our suppliers' fulfilment timescales
- Courier or postal service delays
- Customs or import processing
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@vanlifeemporium.com and we will investigate with the supplier.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Availability for international shipping will be stated at checkout.
6. Returns and refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by anything in these terms.
Your right to cancel (change of mind)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at hello@vanlifeemporium.com within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days. Original shipping costs will only be refunded where the entire order is returned.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@vanlifeemporium.com with a description and photograph of the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. We will cover any return postage in these circumstances.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly identified on the product listing at the time of purchase.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If goods do not meet these standards, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances and how long you have owned the item.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of any losses arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of earnings, or loss of anticipated savings, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

All content on vanlifeemporium.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Van Life Emporium or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
