We're a small UK-based brand kitting out vanlifers, festival-goers and weekend wanderers. If you can't find what you're after below, drop us a line — a real human will reply.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the UK. Everything is handled through our UK-registered business with full UK customer protections.

How long does delivery take?

UK delivery typically takes 3–7 working days for standard items. Print-on-demand items like our Signature Collection wood prints take a little longer — usually 7–14 days from order to doorstep, as each one is made to order. You'll receive tracking once your item ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the UK, but who knows, maybe one day!

How much is delivery?

This depends on what you're ordering. Some items are free, as are all orders over £100. If not, items start at £3.99. If you're ordering multiple products, total shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your basket.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking 5 days after ordering, drop us a message and we'll chase it up.

What's your returns policy?

We offer a 14 day returns window from the day you receive your order. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Made-to-order items like our wood prints are non-returnable unless faulty, as they're produced specifically for you. Full details on our Returns Policy page.

Are your products dropshipped?

We're upfront about how we work. Some products are fulfilled directly by one of four UK suppliers we've vetted and trust — this lets us offer a curated range without holding huge amounts of stock. Our Signature Collection is original artwork, made on demand by a sustainable UK-friendly print partner. We've personally chosen every product on the site because it earns its place in a van.

Are your wood prints sustainable?

Yes. Our Signature Collection wood prints are printed on FSC-certified birch wood, meaning the timber comes from responsibly managed forests. Each one is hand-finished and made to order, so we're not producing stock that goes unsold.

What sizes do the wood prints come in?

Three sizes: small, medium and large. Specific dimensions are listed on each product page.

Do you make your wood prints in-house?

The artwork and concepts are ours; the physical production is handled by a print-on-demand specialist who prints onto wood. This lets us offer original designs without holding inventory or producing waste. Each print is made to order specifically for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we can usually still cancel or amend it before it ships. After that, items may already be in production or transit, especially for made-to-order pieces. Email us as soon as possible if you need to change something.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?

Sorry to hear that. Email us at orders@vanlifeemporium.com within 14 days of receiving the item, ideally with photos. We'll either replace it or refund you, no quibbles.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet, but it's on our list.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, within the 14 day returns window. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Are you VAT registered?

We're a UK limited company but currently below the VAT threshold, so prices on our site are inclusive of all taxes due. You won't be hit with any unexpected fees at checkout if you're shopping from the UK.

Do you sell to trade or wholesale?
