This medium lidded seagrass basket measures 30 × 18 × 15 cm and has a fitted lid. It keeps smaller van essentials tidy and out of sight on a narrow shelf or in a cupboard.
A narrow basket for a tight shelf
At 18 cm deep, it fits the shallow shelves common in van conversions. Use it for toiletries, a small first-aid kit or spare batteries. The lid hides the contents and stops dust settling on them.
The seagrass is hand-woven, so the colour varies a little and mellows to a warm tone over time. Keep it dry, and hold it in place with a lip, a strap or a snug cupboard before you drive. For three compartments under one lid, see the three-section seagrass storage box.
