Carbon Monoxide Alarm

The Kidde 2030-DCR is a battery-powered carbon monoxide alarm for the living space of a campervan. It runs on two AA batteries, so it needs no wiring, and it can fix to a wall or stand on a shelf.

An early warning while you cook, heat and sleep

Carbon monoxide has no smell or colour, which is why an alarm belongs in any van with a gas hob or heater. The 2030-DCR uses an electrochemical sensor with a 10-year sensor life, and it sounds an 85dB alarm. A test/reset button and LED status lights let you check it as part of your weekly routine.

At 61 × 96 × 38mm and 0.14kg, it fits a tight wall space near the bed or the kitchen. Follow the manufacturer's guidance on siting, testing and replacement for your layout. If you want smoke detection as well, see the Kidde 10SCO smoke and CO alarm.
