Folding Desk

The HOMCOM folding desk is a bamboo lap desk with adjustable height and tilt. It gives you a small workspace on the bed or bench seat of a parked van, then folds away.

Working from the van bed

The legs adjust between 22 and 30cm high, and the top has five angle settings, so you can set it up for typing, reading or writing. A built-in drawer holds cables and pens, and the cup holder keeps a drink off the work surface. Ventilation holes help keep a laptop cool, and a safety stopper stops a book or tablet sliding off when the top is tilted.

The surface is 55 x 35cm with a listed weight capacity of 50kg. When you finish, fold the legs and stow the desk before driving. For breakfast in bed rather than work, our bamboo bed tray is a simpler option.
