This Paguro Upcycle herringbone board is handcrafted from reclaimed hardwood, with a recycled leather handle. Use it for chopping, then turn it round as a serving board for cheese and bread at the camp table.

One board for prep and serving

In a van kitchen, a board that does two jobs saves space. The herringbone pattern is made from reclaimed wood, so no two boards look the same. It measures about 30 x 30cm and is 2.5cm thick. Hang it by the leather handle to keep the worktop clear.

Wash it with soap and water and dry it at once. Do not soak it or put it in a dishwasher. Feed it with bio wax now and then rather than cooking oil. The herringbone serving tray is made in the same style.
