This cast iron skillet set gives you three pre-seasoned pans at 15, 20 and 25 cm. Cast iron holds its heat and works over gas, electric and open flame, so it suits cooking in the van and over the fire at camp.
Three pan sizes for stove and fire
Use the 15 cm pan for an egg or a single portion, the 20 cm for breakfast for two, and the 25 cm for a shared meal. All three come pre-seasoned, and grip handles help when you move them on and off the heat.
Cast iron is heavy, so stow the pans low down and pad them so they do not knock together on the road. After cooking, wash by hand, dry straight away and wipe on a little oil to keep the seasoning. They suit our 7000W twin-burner camping stove.
