Swedish Eco Dish Cloths

These Ecojiko Swedish dish cloths come as a pack of two, made from a plant-based blend of cellulose and cotton. They absorb up to 15 times their own weight, so a single cloth deals with washing up and wiping down a small van kitchen.

Two cloths for the van sink

Kitchen roll runs out fast in a van, and bins fill quickly. A reusable cloth that soaks up spills, wipes the worktop and washes the dishes means less of both. Each cloth is about 17.2 x 20 cm, small enough to dry over a tap or rail.

Wash them in the machine or the dishwasher at up to 90°C, then line dry. Hang them where air can reach between uses rather than leaving them balled up. At the end of their life, they go in the compost. Our eco dish sponges take on the tougher scrubbing.
